DELIVERY?

We do not offer delivery services. The quality of our products is our absolute priority. Our goal is to delight our guests with good food. Delivered, the kebab doesn’t taste as fresh as it does on-site. For this reason, we do not offer a delivery service. Takeaway is possible.

Meat Origin?

We use exclusively Swiss meat. The only exception is the Wagyu beef in our restaurant at Badenerstrasse 415 in 8003 Zurich, which comes from Japan.

Meat Composition?

Our minced meat skewer consists of beef (CH), veal (CH), and chicken (CH). Only Swiss meat is used. Our layered meat skewer consists of 100% veal (CH). Only Swiss meat is used.

Gourmet Kebabs

Each of our restaurants has three unique gourmet kebabs. These gourmet kebabs were specially created for each restaurant and are tailored to the ambiance. Our gourmet offerings are complemented by the truffle kebab and seasonal creations, which are available in all our restaurants.

Gourmet Kebab Ingredients?

Unlike the classic kebab, you cannot choose your own combination of ingredients for the gourmets. However, you can opt out of individual ingredients. We developed the gourmets so that the combination of ingredients offers a unique taste experience. trAY & fAYnd

Allergens?

For allergies or intolerances, our cash desk team is always happy to provide information and assistance in assembling the dishes.

Vegetarian / Vegan?

As a vegetarian and vegan alternative to our kebabs, we offer falafel in all three restaurants. Our cash desk team is happy to assist you in assembling your vegetarian/vegan kebab.

Pre-order?

Pre-orders are not possible with us. We want to delight our guests with the food. If the kebab is ready for pickup and the guests are still looking for a parking spot, the freshness will suffer. We want to avoid this as much as possible. We also want to offer all our guests short waiting times.

Waiting Times?

“Good things take time.” Waiting times are a sensitive issue, and we are aware of that. Especially during peak times, there are often waiting times because each kebab is freshly prepared with us. We really do everything we can to possibly reduce the waiting times without working with pre-production, so that we maintain the quality. We recommend avoiding peak times if possible or bringing a little more time.

DOGS?

In our restaurants in Wiedikon and Oerlikon, dogs that stay unobtrusively under the table are welcome. Due to space constraints in the restaurant in Affoltern, however, dogs wait outside.

Lost and Found?

Did you leave something with us? Call the restaurant directly during opening hours; our team can tell you if your forgotten item has been found.

KIDS?

For our little guests, we provide high chairs. Our menu includes, in addition to a portion of chicken nuggets, the “Junior Kebab” – half a kebab with fries.
